Jeremy has formed, bought, sold, merged, consolidated and broken apart hundreds of companies throughout a multitude of industries.

Since 2013, Jeremy has represented hundreds of clients in over thirty (30) jurisdictions in connection with virtually every aspect of the cannabis industry, including cannabis dispensaries, cannabis grow facilities, cannabis infused product manufacturers, and cannabis testing facilities. Jeremy has successfully assisted clients of all sizes, from single location operations to public companies, with the licensing application process (state and local), license transfers and renewals, regulatory compliance, operational plans, corporate structuring, taxation, and mergers and acquisitions. Jeremy has facilitated over 5 billion dollars of cannabis and cannabis related transactions, including multiple publicly traded companies.

Jeremy served as a member of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division’s Rule Change Committee, where he worked closely with government officials in connection with the enactment and implementation of Colorado’s cannabis laws. He has served as a key note speaker at numerous cannabis symposiums and events, and as an expert witness in connection with numerous commercial litigation and cannabis litigation matters.
