Leland is an intense competitor and a native to the Dallas area. This former two-time state champion, all-American running back loves to win and brings that same intensity to chase down his client goals. He received his undergraduate and law school degree from the University of Arkansas, and loves calling the Hogs during football season. Licensed in Arkansas in April of 2022, Leland began his career as a Benton County Prosecutor. 

Leland did not consider becoming an attorney until after graduating college. He loves to battle and made this career choice to relive the feeling of combat he once enjoyed on the football field.  Becoming a prosecutor gave him that chance, where he gained significant courtroom experience and secured justice in hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases. He remained undefeated at trial, supervised the juvenile and specialty court division, and was instrumental in starting the first mental health court in the State of Arkansas. Leland is confident carrying a heavy workload, knows how to win, and is prepared to win for his clients here in Texas. 

Licensed in Texas in May of 2024, Leland is learning quickly in the practice of family law, and his experience level grows every day. He lives to give God his very best and in doing so everyone else will receive the same. Leland is eager to compete aggressively for his clients in the community he has always called home.
