Dennis O'Dorisio
Dennis O'Dorisio's practice concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation, franchise litigation, real estate, insurance, and employment law. Mr. O'Dorisio is a native Californian and a graduate of St. Mary's College, California and California Western School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. O'Dorisio represents international clients and has been lead counsel in multimillion dollar transactions and litigation involving South American and Asian entities. He also represents real estate developers and has prosecuted and defended major construction defect cases in connection with his representation of developers and condominium homeowners associations. More recently, Mr. O'Dorisio has defended employers, including national and international public figures as well as substantial local businesses, against employee claims, including sexual harassment, gender discrimination and wrongful termination.
In addition to practicing law in San Diego for over thirty years, Mr. O'Dorisio has served on the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society (local and state level), the United Way and various committees at the San Diego Yacht Club. He has served on the Alumni Board of Directors at California Western School of Law and the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Society. Prior to law school, Mr. O'Dorisio served in the U.S. Army as an intelligence officer.

Lynn Edward Wedell
Lynn Edward Wedell concentrates in the areas of business transactions, estate planning and tax related matters. His practice covers virtually all areas relating to business entities such as the formation of profit and non-profit corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, franchising, employer/employee relations and continuing legal advice to developers and operating business entities, including merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Wedell's practice includes estate planning, asset protection planning and succession planning for the owners of the closely held businesses represented by the firm.
Mr. Wedell has been in private practice since he graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1975. He also received his Masters in Tax from University of San Diego School of Law in 1980. He is a member of the ABA Forum On Franchising and has served two terms as Chairman of the Business Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association. Mr. Wedell has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, and has been an adjunct law professor teaching courses in corporations, partnerships and taxation. Prior to law school Mr. Wedell served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and is a Vietnam veteran.

James William Woodring
Mr. Woodring has been actively engaged in the practice of civil litigation in San Diego since his 1980 admission to the State Bar of California. His experience includes 5 years with a prominent San Diego firm, representing primarily consumers and personal injury plaintiffs, 11 years as litigation defense counsel to numerous insurance companies and clients within the insurance industry, and 12 years as associated trial counsel with O'Dorisio & Wedell, LLP.
Mr. Woodring has appeared as trial counsel in Superior, Municipal and U.S. District Courts throughout Southern California, and as appellate counsel before the Fourth District Court of Appeal. Since his 1996 affiliation with O'Dorisio & Wedell, Mr. Woodring has participated in the preparation and trial of cases involving complex securities matters, real estate transactions, business torts and personal injury.
Mr. Woodring served almost 20 years on the Judicial Arbitration panel of the San Diego Superior Court.
